This unique property is located on Grand Island, the largest island in the California Delta.
The Tennis house is exquisitely crafted, and has deceptively modest wood structures, not unlike the Helen Rich House, or his groundbreaking adaptive reuse projects, like Ghirardelli Plaza, it's impact is inescapable.
