We are a group of friends who share a love for unusual design, craft, heritage and preservation. We particularly love the wonders of California and it's unique architectural treasures combined with a great history. The real pleasure of recreating wetlands and natural habitats, restoring architectural houses, classic yachts, and even coffee machines, is not about owning them, but about finding ways to explore them, and to share with others. All of these properties have taken a lot of time, passion and devotion to bring back to life. The location services offered on this website, are being managed by Jonathan Lennard, who is a commercial film director, and who has been managing film locations for 5 years.
